Intends Victory
The He Intends Victory Ministry has outreach in at least 16
countries on five continents. Uganda and Kenya, in eastern Africa, is the subject of
the missionary journeys reflected here. The Town of Jinja, shown
below, has been a focal point for much of the ministry's effort toward
the widows
and orphans resulting from the ongoing HIV epidemic.
